The Lifetime Repair Programme
Any Watson Glow piece, from any year, can be returned to its original condition by the atelier that knows it best. Re-stitching, re-plating, re-heeling, stone tightening, silk renewal — bring the piece to any boutique, or arrange an insured collection through client services.
Caring For Your Piece
Silk and cashmere prefer specialist dry cleaning and a folded rest. Leather asks only for a dry cloth and distance from direct heat. Jewelry is happiest in its pouch, away from perfume. Fragrance keeps best in shadow. Every piece ships with its own care card.
Timing & Cost
Most repairs are completed within 2–3 weeks and returned by insured courier. Repairs owed to craftsmanship are always complimentary; restorations after years of good use are quoted before any work begins.
